PARTNERSHIP

What kind of collaboration are you looking for?

We consult in line with your organization's role and your clients' situations.

Visits · Medical

Partners supporting entry and visits

Travel agencies

We organize entry-related inquiries based on each client's purpose of visit and schedule.

Foreign patient attraction agencies

We distinguish between the situations of patients and companions, and identify matters that need separate review.

Education · Hiring

Partners connecting learning and work

Universities & language schools

We separate entry, extension, and change inquiries and organize the guidance each student needs.

Companies hiring foreign nationals

We agree on the scope of expert review based on the role, employment conditions, and current status of stay.

Overseas · Investment

Partners for new beginnings

Overseas agencies

We organize the client's situation and requests, and agree on the languages needed and how to connect to a consultation.

Investment & settlement partners

We organize business preparation and stay-related inquiries together, according to your investment, setup, or operating stage.

HOW WE WORK

Four things to decide together before we collaborate

01

Scope of work

We distinguish between repeated guidance and work that needs individual expert review.

02

Language and contact point

Decide the language of guidance, whether professional interpretation is needed, and how contacts on each side will communicate.

03

Sharing materials and progress

We agree on how personal data will be transferred and how much progress will be shared.

04

Costs and responsibilities

We confirm personal data processing, delegation of work, and costs and scope of responsibility before signing a contract.

Preparing a partnership inquiry

Leave your organization's name and a contact person's details, along with the information below.

  • Who will be supported and expected tasks
  • Current difficulties with inquiries and guidance
  • Language of guidance needed and expected schedule

Please do not send clients' personal information

Please do not include real clients' ID, passports, medical records, or original consultation records in a partnership inquiry. If documents are needed, we'll first agree on a secure way to transfer them with the person in charge.

A partnership inquiry alone does not open a dedicated consultation channel or progress management system. The actual scope of support, contact points, and working methods are set through separate negotiation and a contract.
