Using the app

Can I apply directly on the website?
Use the K-Together app for consultations, form completion, applications, and progress management.

This website provides service information, visa guides, and email inquiries. Website inquiries work by reviewing the content in your device's mail app and sending it yourself.

How is form completion different from an online civil application?
Forms take you as far as a ready PDF; online civil applications continue all the way to government filing by an expert.

With form completion, you fill out and edit official forms and download them as PDFs. Expert verification is a separate request. With online civil applications, after preparing supporting documents, signing a power of attorney, and paying, the assigned expert files with the government.

When do I pay the K-ETA application fee?
After you submit your information and an expert reviews and supplements it, you'll see the fee notice and payment request.

Please check the automatically filled passport information yourself. Applications for 1–5 people are supported; for 6 or more, you'll be directed to a group application inquiry. Results are checked for each applicant.

Where can I see supplement requests and application results?
Check in the app's Applications & Notifications.

See your civil application, K-ETA, expert consultation, and form verification records in one place, and continue to submitting supplementary documents, paying, and checking reports and results.

AI and experts

Can I get a consultation without knowing the visa type?
Yes. Start by telling us what you want to do in Korea.

Based on your nationality, the country you're in, your status of stay, and your expected schedule, we outline the routes to look at first and the questions to check.

How is AI guidance different from expert review?
AI organizes information; experts review individual facts.

Not every AI consultation result has gone through expert review. You can separately request an expert consultation linked to your consultation report, or expert verification of forms you've completed. For civil applications and K-ETA, an expert carries out the work according to the relevant application procedure.

Does a consultation guarantee that a visa will be issued?
Neither a consultation nor an expert review guarantees approval.

Approval of a visa or K-ETA is decided by the review of the relevant authorities and the applicant's actual circumstances. In a consultation, we go over possible procedures and what to prepare with you.

Inquiries · Partnerships

What should I write in my first inquiry?
Describe your current situation, your purpose in Korea, and your expected schedule.

Please summarize your nationality, current status of stay, and entry and stay history. Do not include passport numbers, alien registration numbers, copies of ID, or sensitive proof of funds; for any documents needed, first confirm a secure way to send them with the person in charge.

Can businesses or institutions get a consultation too?
Yes. Tell us who will be supported and the work you need.

We help organize inquiries related to hiring foreign nationals, supporting the stay of students or clients, and working with overseas agencies. The specific scope of support and communication methods are agreed in a partnership consultation.
